If you are an investor of the Southern River and Henley Brook Syndicate, you may need to contact us to update your details or notify us of a change of circumstance. Please ensure you advise your Investor ID number in any communications.

Statements

End of financial year annual statements are sent to all inventors in July. We can only reissue these statements directly to investors, not third parties, unless authority is given in writing. Please contact us if you require your statement to be reissued.

Transfers and Deceased Estates

In order to transfer a holding to another entity, please complete our transfer form and return to kerry@appianproperties.com. 

If the transfer of units is for a Deceased Estate, please include the following where applicable:

• Certified copy of the deceased’s will;

• Certified copy of the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration; and

• The original certificate for the securities (if one has been issued)

• A Section 1071B Statement Form when Probate/Letters of Administration have been granted in an Australian state other than where the securities are registered.

• A Section 121A Registrars Certificate of Disclosure where Probate/Letters of Administration have been granted in South Australia.

Withdrawals

Both the Southern River and Henley Brook Syndicates are illiquid, with no redemptions available. You may transfer your holding to a buyer. Please contact us for more information.
